V. Agents with governance: Zia Agents and Zoho MCP
Zoho exposes its own applications to AI agents through the Model Context Protocol: an MCP server declares which CRM, Desk, Books or Creator actions an agent may execute, and the agent connects as a client. Zia Agents brings a low-code studio and a store with more than a hundred ready-made agents. Bunker's work here is the same as everywhere else in the Protocol: deciding which actions go into the server, who answers for each one, and what still requires human approval.
Example: an MCP server with broad read access and write restricted to three named actions, every execution logged with author, timestamp and the arguments received.
