● Bunker Education · High-Intensity Professional Training
Formação Ultraperformer com IA.
In 8 weeks, you will deliver more, decide better, and prove the gain with a method that does not depend on any specific tool.
Most professionals use AI for scattered tasks and reap marginal gains. This program teaches the method to orchestrate AI across the entire routine: prioritization, automation, and proof of results. You leave with an Applied Project defended before a panel and an auditable Credential.
What changes
in your routine
after 8 weeks.
Every week brings a new tool, a miracle prompt, an agent that promises to solve everything. Resources were never what is missing. What is missing is a method to decide what to prioritize, what to automate, and how to prove it worked.
The Formação Ultraperformer solves this in 8 weeks. You build a Personal Playbook from week 1, develop an Applied Project on a real problem of yours, and defend the result before a panel of three evaluators. You leave with a Bunker Credential issued under a public rubric.
This is not a tool course. It is method training. What follows is the complete syllabus.

What separates results
from noise is method.
AI without method is an assistant that does anything, one task at a time. With method, it becomes the operating system of your productive day. The difference is one of priority, not technique.
95% treat AI as a tool.
5% operate with discipline.
| Before the program | After the program |
|---|---|
| Uses AI when they remember to. A chat here, a prompt there. Routine intact. | Orchestrates AI across the entire routine. Automates processes, not scattered tasks. |
| Marginal gain. No way to prove it worked. | Measurable results. A project defended with data. |
| AI is an open browser tab. | AI is the operating system of the productive day. |
B unker Education trains professionals who operate AI with method, not trial and error. The program does not teach one tool. It teaches you to orchestrate several, with priority, governance, and proof of gain.
At the end of the eight weeks, the student defends before a panel an Applied Project built on a real problem. It is not an academic exercise. It is the first professional asset produced with the method.
Who the
program works for.
And who it doesn't.
It does not require a technology background. It requires a professional routine in front of a computer and the willingness to replace manual execution with method.
Who benefits from the program.
If you want to become a Python, Salesforce, or BI specialist, a dedicated bootcamp serves you better. The focus here is different: teaching you to orchestrate several tools with method.
The Bunker Credential requires an Applied Project defended before a panel of three evaluators, a public rubric, and a weighted minimum grade. Approval depends on delivery, not attendance.

How the
program is
built.
Eight consecutive weeks. Recorded content from day 1, weekly live sessions with the lead instructor, and an Applied Project on a parallel track from week 2.
The pace of people who work 40 to 50
hours a week.
Designed for people who already work 40 to 50 hours a week. Four anchors hold the format: a duration that fits in a quarter, a load of 4 hours per week, an Applied Project on a parallel track, and one live session per week with the curator.
8 weeks is not an arbitrary number. It is the most that fits in a quarter without fragmenting the learning. Any shorter and the method does not consolidate. Any longer and dropout rises.
The Applied Project starts in week 2 and matures alongside the content. Each weekly artifact feeds the next: the week 1 map becomes input for the week 2 agent, the week 3 automation goes into the week 4 analysis. In week 7, everything becomes the Personal Playbook. Recorded content from day 1, Bunker Cards for retention between sessions, and Discord support with a 24-business-hour SLA.
- 30 min · Questionnaire. Entry diagnostic. It assesses technical level, familiarity with tools, and goals, and guides the pre-module and peer learning pairs.
- 1h · Recorded · Optional. Technical pre-module for zero terminal experience. Installation, basic shell, logging into tools. Those who already operate can skip it.
- Method · prioritization before tools.
- Tools · AI and the CLI in daily work.
- Platform · systems under your command.
- Measurement · testing and proof of gain.
- Defense · Playbook and final panel.
Eight modules,
from kickoff

Each week produces a concrete artifact that feeds the Personal Playbook and the Applied Project. The entire track runs with live guidance. No loose recordings without anchoring.

Assessment
and the Bunker
Credential.
The certification is an institutional credential defended before a panel. Public rubric with declared weights, a weighted minimum grade, the right to resubmission, and appeal to an external panel.
What counts toward the grade.
| Dimension | Weight | Expected | Above expected |
|---|---|---|---|
| Technical depth | 30% | Adapts to context correctly. Masters the instrument. | Extrapolates with judgment. Uses the instrument beyond the obvious. |
| Applicability | 20% | Solves a real problem of the student's. | Solves it with measurable impact and proof of gain. |
| Executive clarity | 20% | Communicates to technical and executive audiences. | A narrative that holds up before a client company's board. |
| Command of the Bunker method | 30% | Integrates the frameworks into the solution. | Articulates the Protocol with original thinking. |
Operating policy.
The distinction recognizes those who exceed expectations in 3 or more dimensions of the rubric. It appears on the Credential, is publicly auditable, and opens concrete doors:
- Direct referral to Bunker's partnership program, with onboarding on an active project.
- Priority referral to the talent pool and to the portfolio of hiring clients.
- An invitation to sit on the panels of following cohorts as a guest evaluator.
- Access to the closed community of Ultraperformer alumni, with ongoing peer review.
