Designed for people who already work 40 to 50 hours a week. Four anchors hold the format: a duration that fits in a quarter, one group session and one 1:1 session per week with the curator (16 hours on calls in total), and about 4 hours a week of study and practice.

8 weeks is not an arbitrary number. It is the most that fits in a quarter without fragmenting the learning. Any shorter and the method does not consolidate. Any longer and dropout rises.

The Applied Project starts in week 2 and matures alongside the content. Each weekly artifact feeds the next: the week 1 map feeds the week 2 agent, the week 3 automation goes into the week 4 analysis. In week 7, everything becomes the Personal Playbook. Recorded content from day 1, Bunker Cards for retention between sessions, and a cohort WhatsApp group where the curator replies within 24 hours.

How much time will it take
Two months. You get 16 hours on calls with the curator: 8 one-hour group sessions covering the program content, and 8 one-hour one-on-one sessions with an open agenda to work on your own challenges. Outside the calls, plan on about 4 more hours a week of study and practice.
Will I reach an advanced level
If you pick a single subject, yes. If you want to learn two or more at once, the realistic outcome is an intermediate level in each. The choice is yours, and we settle it during onboarding.
Where do I ask questions between sessions
In the cohort group of the Bunker community on WhatsApp. The curator replies within 24 hours at most, and classmates often reply sooner.
Do I need access to my company's Salesforce
No. We set up a free Salesforce org for you to practice in. You don't need your company's production environment to follow the program.
Do I need to know how to code
No. The program is built for professionals in marketing, sales, operations, management and consulting. If you have never opened a terminal, you take the recorded Week 0 pre-module, which covers installation and command-line basics.
Are the classes live or recorded
The 16 sessions with the curator are live and online: 8 group sessions on Wednesdays at 19:00 (Brasília time) and 8 one-on-one sessions. Supporting content is recorded, in 10 to 20 minute videos available from day one.
Is there a certificate
Yes. You receive the Bunker Credential, a certificate issued once your Applied Project is approved by a panel of three evaluators, using the public rubric on this page.
How do payment and the guarantee work
